I make handbound books on commission or for commission trade. I knit teddies and hats - especially Jayne hats. I knit and make other things. This slide show illustrates some of the things I've made on commission or, some things that could be bought by or made for you.

I am very happy to be paid in paypal money, dA points, dA subs, or my particular favourite, in artistic renditions of my novel series OC's. I'm also open to donating commissions for a good cause if the postage from NZ is paid (usually about US$5-$10).

A week later

Maeneth stood in the shadows of a tall white building.  It was nearly midnight and most of the city was asleep.  With no moon and an overcast sky, he was practically invisible to any night-blind sunelves who were awake as long as he kept to the shadows.

Aija had been depressed since Saiya left for Rockwell over a week ago.  She would sit quietly in the library reading books or staring sadly at the blooms out in the garden.  Maeneth thought perhaps a rare flower that she didn't have in her garden would bring a smile to the young woman's face.  He'd seen it a few nights ago while doing a delivery for Rikka.

The next morning

Saiya stood in the doorway of her bedroom and watched Aija sleep.  The bed was covered in furs and all manner of luxurious blankets, but in her sleep Aija had pushed them all off, leaving only a single sheet to cover her smooth dark-grey body.  Aija murmured happily in her sleep, adjusting her head on the pillow and lifting one little hand up to her face.

A smile crept into Saiya's lips for a few moments, and then her thoughts brushed it away into a frown.

She couldn't risk bringing Maeneth to the Rockwell meeting.  Not without first learning exactly how bad all of this political hostilMaeneth, Scene 5 by *keyanadrake

The little Arber bird landed in the open doorway of the sunroom barely a meter from the young Jerna Ree.  There was a flash of vivid green feathers as it folded its under-wings into its body.  The boy turned his head on the side, holding himself as still as he could so as to not startle the tiny creature.  It folded its second set of wings on top of the first covering the vivid green of the under-wing feathers with the duller brown of its over-wings.  With a narrow yellow beak



I have my 20k kiriban coming... which is a number I never thought I'd get to.

I shall offer... something secret... for the person or people who capture the kiriban!

(Actually I don't know what to offer right now, but if folks have an idea based on the previous kiriban, feel free to let me know.  Won't do another bloody bear, I'm beared out, sorry.  Happy to slip a cameo character for you into Jerna's notebook, but likely only cannon fodder characters because I've actually written almost all of the story and adding another recurring one would screw up my plotting... though I have one that's a cameo over two story sets, so that might be another option, though that character is a chick so with guy winners we'd have to think about something else... eh... anyway....)

Yes.. kiriban is coming, catch it and I'll do something fun! :)

Um, there is an ebook, it's epub. The pdf I have is formatted for the printers so it's a little awkward for reading digitally.

Yeah, but I'm sort of mean, I like to make actual books out of my e-books (for my private collection only) cause I hate reading on a computer screen and I dont have an ereader. And because I can :P But epubs are so very difficult to work with! ;)
